Impress Your Colleagues or Potential Clients With A Meeting at the Castle
The Castle is an ideal location for small meetings, seminars and retreats. We have several rooms that can accommodate up to 25 meeting participants. Two rooms are equipped with drop down projector screens and all rooms have both wireless and high-speed LAN connections.
We can work with you to provide basic beverage service, and can arrange for meals. If you would like to arrange your own refreshments we work with a wide variety of Caterers who can craft a food and beverage plan that can meet your tastes and budget, let us know if you need suggestions.
The following is a basic overview of pricing for small groups, please contact us for availability and specific pricing.
- Basic Weekday Rental- $5 to $10 per person – meetings are structured in 4 hour blocks and are completed before 5 pm. If you wanted meal service you would select and work directly with a caterer to provide food and beverages. This option would include any furnishings, basic table linens, and use of house china. If you have fewer than 30 guests and plan to provide simple snacks and beverages it is possible to bring you own.
- Basic Evening Rental – $10 to $15 per person – Events are structured in two hour blocks that start after 5 pm. You would select and work directly with a caterer to provide food and beverages. This option would include any furnishings, basic table linens, and use of house china. If you have fewer than 30 guests and plan to provide simple snacks and beverages it is possible to bring you own. (Saturdays during wedding high season are excluded)
- Inclusive Reception meeting With Appetizers – We work closely with several caterers who can provide a single price reception package starting at $15 per person, prices are heavily influenced by day of the week and time. With this option food, beverage, dishware, table linens, furnishings, and space rental would be included.
- Add a History Presentation and Tour of the Castle - Can be included with most events.
